My baby is almost 4 months and is 5.1 kg. her birth weight was 2.3 kg. Is the weight gain fine? She is completely on breast feed. She is quite active, plays a lot, sleeps fine, stool/urine frequency fine. i am really bothered about her weight. Her height is increasing but she is lean

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
