Q.

my baby is almost 2 years old but still wants me to feel breast mik, she won't get sleep without me if not feeding. any solution i am just tired.as there no milk in breast she just wants to suck.

A. hello dear you have to take proper care of your diet so that you can increase your breast milk supply. take zeera and sauf water in morning time everyday. include raw papaya,green vegetables and fruits dry fruits. take sabudana in diet. also you can try Philips avent breast pump for increasing your milk supply. plan a daily pumping session to boost your milk supply. #parentyourway
