my baby is almost 19 months old and did not start talking. is it normal or I should seek help? (he say papa,mama,dada,mum) basic words

Hello mpst baby will bw ablw to speak sentences with 2 words or 3 wirds by age 2 and can can be delayed in some kids and encouraging your child and giving ut more opportunity to speak will help to improve the speech in kods and os absolutely not to worry
