Q.
my baby is allergic to formula milk. when I fed formula milk after an hour she vomit everything. I have to join work after maternity leave. I have to left house morning 6.30 and come back at 8pm . kindly help me to arrange a food chart to my baby?

You could then check with the dr in case the baby is allergic to latcose , you may also mind the quantity of the feed as well.
Currently you could start with semi solid to soft consistency foods for the baby , once you are home or can pump your feed and store,
foods you can give are steamed vegetables, soups, fresh fruit juices, pulps as well, also you could probably give them kichidi, ragi porrdige, home made cerealc mix , suji etc
