Q.
My baby is active , but he is not sleeping well. Sleeps only for a little time. And he frequently wakes up at nights during intervals of 1-2 hours.. And at daytimes he is not sleeping well.. And also he has normal weight... please can you help me with solutions...

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom babies do take time to get used to. The new world . You may try to give massages to the baby and a warm water bath Preferably have meals before baby feed time as that would tend to give them a filling feed
