My baby is about to be 8 months old, sometimes she passes hard stool, we only give her cerelac(liquidy) and daal water. Plus we give her sufficient water too..but she seems constipated. Can you give any suggestions?

A. Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate. give sipes of water after each solid feed. Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.
