my baby is a preterm baby. delivered in 7 month His weight is increasing very slow..pls guide

A. Then maybe your child is either not eating well or due to some nutritional deficiency even after eating while the child is not gaining weight these kind of problems very commonly seen with kids so if you want you can actually connect with your paediatrician for that and they can give you correct advice after meeting your child
