Q.

my baby is a preterm baby born at 27 weeks. I started giving breast milk from day 1. it's been 4 months now but his corrected gestational age is 1 month 8 days. I am facing low milk supply . tried all herbal ways and foods to increase supply. but didn't wrk out. my baby is in hunger always. what should I do now ?

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Reduce your stress levels. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Good luck and take care

If you have tried every thing that was possible for you to try and still if you’re not getting then please you can go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child because going to be completely safe to be given to the time also it is going to meet up the appetite of the child in a healthy manner
