Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is a preemie born at 28 weeks and her weight was 1.320kg only. she completed all milestones late but now she is able to walk with little support but her weight not increasing gradually there are ups and downs. is that a problem? and how to improve her height and weight? now she is 8kg and 73cm height.

A. Hello mom as she was a preterm baby they normally do grow on a very low pace and it’s a good indicator that she is able to achieve her milestones on time . Continue to give her good healthy calorie foods Such as eggs , dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes, seasonal fruits vegetables, cereals and millets , ghee , panner , milk
