Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children5 years agoA. any non veg as chicken or meat should be given after baby turns one year.. chicken may cause hard stool.. keep the baby well hydrated as baby is getting constipated.. add fibre rich foods as papaya pear apple.. raisin water.. give curd daily.. for good digestion.. you can also give poha chila upma suji halwa uthapam idli dosa , sabudana dalia ragi, puree of all fruit and vegetables, dal roti doodh roti stuffed paratha..
