Q.
my baby is 93 days old..he has a white like structure in his gums..he keepon biting his hands on that area..is this teething process? he feels very uncomfortable at that time..

yes teething phase can start as early as 3-6 months..
give chilled silicon based teething rings or toys, frozen fruit slices of cucumber, carrot to chew on.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip

Yup You are absolutely guess it right yes your child is having its teeth which is why your child is uncomfortable having irritation in the gums so this is the right time for you to introduce your teeter to the child that is good enough for the baby as of now it really helps a lot in soothing the irritation and gums in the pain
