My baby is 9 months old …I do breastfeed her in the night ..can I start with green tea

Yes Green tea you can have from the very first day of your delivery there is no restriction on green tea or black coffee or anything you can have all these things definitely as per your liking and convenient but not more than 2 cups in a day make sure that you do not cross that line
