My baby is 9 months old but she is not crawling or standing... Is it normal?

A. When you have a 9-month-old baby not crawling independently, or he is unable to stand erect at 15 months, seek medical help immediately. Other signs that also need immediate medical aid are walking on toes, inadequate improvement in the overall balance leading to frequent falls and very tiny unbalanced steps.
