Q.

My baby is 9 months old and his teeth has not come out yet and now he is refusing to take breast milk what is the reason?

A. you have to again reassess the position and attachment while giving breastfeeding. also check the oral cavity of the child for any ulceration or teething problem /pain which might be causing pain. if the child is ill orc is having fever /abdominal pain / vomiting and loose motion then also the child may decrease the intake of food as well as milk. after ruling out such problems if the problem continues it is advisable to take a mcedical opinion

A. The average age is anywhere from 6 months to 12 months, though some babies will get teeth earlier and some will get them later. Timing isn't that important; however, if your baby still has no teeth by the age of 18 months, it may be time to see a pediatric dentist for an evaluation.
