Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Most of the rashes in babies are common and nothing to worry about that. Keep the baby skin hydrated always to avoid rashes. Use good moisturiser cream for your baby. If the rashes discomforts your baby, you can consult your doctor for proper advice.
