Q.
my baby is 9 month old. he has no pain in ear. yesterday he injured his ear with own nails. slight bleeding but it stopped immediately. no pain etc is it sign of ear infection? can I give anti biotic to him now as a precautionary measure

Consult an ent specialist so that they examine and diagnose what’s wrong and then treat.
You cannot use antibiotics like this.
The child will develop resistance
