you can give rice, roti, dals, panner, ghee, dry fruits , nuts & seeds, sago, dalia, oats , seasonal fruits & vegetables, ragi porridge, egg yolk, fish etc if preffered.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and the child active then it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and any concern check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly
