Healthy Fats: Add a teaspoon of homemade ghee, butter, or olive oil to her khichdi, ragi porridge, or mashed vegetables.
Mashed Banana & Avocado: These are excellent, calorie-rich fruits that are gentle on a baby's stomach.
Paneer & Tofu: Soft, mashed paneer or tofu provides great protein and healthy fats.
Full-Fat Yogurt/Curd: A great midday snack that also helps with digestion.
Nut Powders: You can roast and finely powder almonds, cashews, and walnuts, then mix a tiny pinch of it into her porridge or oats.
Breast Milk or Formula: This should still remain her primary source of nutrition until she turns one year old. Offer solid foods about 1 hour after milk sessions.
