A. Namaste Mom Baby can be given now soft consistency foods as such, here you could prefer to include foods from different varieties as well, babies are expected to double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and later triple by the age of 1,

A. First, please don't worry too much. Every baby grows at their own unique pace, and active babies often look leaner! At 9.5 months, a weight of 8 kg is actually very normal and healthy for many baby girls. What matters most is that she is active, energetic, and hitting her developmental milestones. Healthy Fats: Add a teaspoon of homemade ghee, butter, or olive oil to her khichdi, ragi porridge, or mashed vegetables. Mashed Banana & Avocado: These are excellent, calorie-rich fruits that are gentle on a baby's stomach. Paneer & Tofu: Soft, mashed paneer or tofu provides great protein and healthy fats. Full-Fat Yogurt/Curd: A great midday snack that also helps with digestion. Nut Powders: You can roast and finely powder almonds, cashews, and walnuts, then mix a tiny pinch of it into her porridge or oats. Breast Milk or Formula: This should still remain her primary source of nutrition until she turns one year old. Offer solid foods about 1 hour after milk sessions.
