For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. you can never be sure about that after delivery nobody knows when the period are going to come it can be immediately after one month of your delivery and sometimes it can take about a year or so maybe one and a half or two but till the time you can enjoy your period free time as this is completely normal AchheWrite Your Answer Here
