A. Dear mum, weight of 7.6 kg is normal for 8 months old baby. Since your baby is active and achieving all growth milestones, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Continue to breastfeed baby.
