babies can start getting their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..you have to keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums

It Can start at any point of time after 12 weeks completion and after that you will come to know it basically your child will start taking fingers of clothes into the mouth your child will be irritated your child may suffer from lose motion or fever these are some simple signs that you can look for
