my baby is 8 yrs n she is very thin

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child..so supplements are very important

A. Thin Is just a body structure and nothing else if your child is healthy your child has proper weight gain then need not worry about it at all if your child is having good height also then that is good but if you feel that your child is weak you should consult a nutritionist for a better diet plan for the child
