My baby is 8 months she is suddenly jerking she is very normal and all but why is she doing this??

if it happens frequently then you need to visit your pediatrician.
please dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
avoid distractions while sleeping.
keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping.
make sure your child feel comfortable while sleeping.
