Q.
My baby is 8 months old , when can I start giving him egg and in which form ? currently he is drinking formula milk and we can start giving him fresh cow milk instead of formula milk , which one has more nutrients? please let me know.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, fresh cow milk is always better and healthier than formula. You can start giving cow milk. You can also start giving eggs. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. You can give boiled eggs, omelette, bhurji, egg yolk, egg white.
