well , young babies have very sensitive and delicate skin, so it is better to avoid such things.
I would suggest you to use baby friendly soap or body wash which is clinically approved ,for example Babyhug soap or body wash.
although if you want to use bath powder ,you can prepare paste of gram flour + pinch of turmeric powder and raw milk ,use this paste while bathing your child
