Q.

my baby is 8 months old. now his weight is 6.3kg. he is not interested in taking food. what can I do

A. dear parent, to improve your baby's appetite, give small frequent meals 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food.

A. You should add salt and necessary spices into the food that you are giving because that is going to give it a proper flavour and which is what your child is going to like hopefully that should really help in accepting the food to your child
