A. u may try spinach and tomato soup.. worked for my baby who was really having bad constipation. u may also try bestozyme 3 drops thrice a day.

A. hard potty so constipation is a common problem seen where the most important thing is to to focus on the diet modification plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet is important medicines are given if required
