my baby is 8 months old he is having cold for past 10 days his breath rate is 23 in sleeping..is it dangerous?

Well if the child is having such a major problem that the sleep rate has also gone this way then it would be better that you consult your doctor so you know it would be good for you to check with your doctor for the treatment to follow can you give steam to the child and nebulisation also is going to be beneficial
