Q.

My baby is 8 months old. He has cold and coughs even fever too. After giving him paracetamol the temperature is still high. He got a fever last night.At this what should we do?

A. Give pcm drops as per prescribed dose and at proper adviced time interval . For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature .
