My baby is 8 months old....Can I give him ghee every day...If so then what will be the amount and how should I give.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes ghee can be given daily to the baby not an issue at all, it’s healthy and good for his growth as well. You can add ghee to his foods such as in kichidi or porridge etc , avoid refined oil and instead ghee can be introduced
