Q.
My baby is 8 months old but she doesn't like finger food only semi solids kanji like consistency only she eats and that too not much only 3-4 spoons.. I'm really worrying about that. Pls give me some suggestions.. I'm doing distraction feeding bcoz of that.. What should I do to make her eat well beyond 4 spoons.. Like Dosa pancakes finger food also..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it will take some time for the baby to get accustomed for finger foods since baby will be taking liquids and now semi solids keep on trying it for some more time

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom as ur baby is just 8 months old, ur baby will start to eat solid and finger food once the teeth erupt properly so that baby can chew. For now give food in the pureed form as this is easy to eat and digest.
