Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some babies are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is generally not a problem and give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg etc
