A. tips: 1. you can add 1 scoop of milk powder to these foods (any milk powder the baby is used to) for him to feel that the taste is familiar. 2. use the same recipe for 4 days continuously. the baby will understand and develop the taste for it by 4 days since the same flavor is served. (Keep reducing milk if you can) 3. make sure the baby is securely seated in one place while feeding. movement leads to poor digestion. 4. tell your child whatever you are feeding him in many different musical sounds while feeding (like mango/chickoo) and give him a million smiles. he will start babbling because he will feel talking makes one happy

A. request you to stay away from salts and spices for a few more months IF POSSIBLE. You can try the following: ragi powder + chikoo puree suji+ Mango puree dal+rice+ beetroot peas+carrot+ tauri+little palak (vegetable puree) you can try many such combinations taste the food before feeding it to the baby. fruits and vegetables have their own GREAT flavors. salt and sugar is overrated. we don't need them so much in our foods. the reason for avoiding salt and sugar is that the baby will develop lifestyle related diseases soon in life. a little trouble for you today will help the baby in the LONG RUN.

A. Cerelac has no nutritional benefit only has good amount of sugar for your child which is extremely all healthy doctors do not advised to give it to the child secondly if your child is not eating that is because you’re not giving any spice or salt into the food it’s tasteless which is why your child is probably not accepting it give every thing which flavour to the child Desi gheesalt and spices
