My baby is 8 months old and his weight is 8 kg I'm very worried about his weight because it's too little...plz help

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! Baby weight is fine according to age dont worry. By 5-6 months age baby doubles his birth weight ,per month gains 400-900 gm check if baby gaining weight ideally every month if so no worries. And also after 6-8 months weight gaining rate slows down compared to earlier months as they start achieving physical milestones of crawling,sitting....

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and baby weight is mainly depends upon the birth weight and it should be doubled the birth weight in first six months and thrice the birth weight in one year. Also give baby semi solid food along with breastfeeding and cerelac. Take care
