my baby is 8 months old and he is having fever from last 2 days we are giving parasitmol in day he body temperature is upto 99 but in eveing it gose up to 103

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is having fever since 2 days so you can give simple Paracetamol to the child and get a proper examination done by your pediatrician to rule out the exact cause of fever
