Q.
my baby is 8 months old and after every meal he is pooping sometimes when he is having food. is this normal?

Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. is it normal even after starting solids ? I breast feed him 4 times in 24 hours( morning, afternoon, night and mid night when baby wakes up) and 4 times semi solid food.

When a breastfed baby has a bowel movement after nearly every feeding during the first few weeks, it's a good sign – it means he's getting plenty of milk. Formula-fed babies often have bowel movements less frequently than breastfed babies. But it's normal for them to poop after every feeding as well.
