my baby is 8 months and her weight is 5.600 kgm she did not gain weight properly ,she is 8 months old but looks like 4 months old baby , please suggest me what to do I'm very worried about her,till now she is not able to sit with out any support,

A. hello. some kids show early growth while some may show late growth. you need to focus that the child should be healthy happy and taking their feed properly. if the baby is following all of these and leading an active life then sooner or later they will achieve their healthy weight
