my baby is 8 month old and weight 8.9 kg her face complexion is quite fairer but her rest of the body is brown

A. Weight Seems perfectly fine but if the body is having varied complexion from the face and body then it would be better that you please consult a skin doctor for this because He only Can tell you why your child is having this kind of different complexion and what do you need to do in order to make it even
