my baby is 8 month old, and we have left for a trip early morning, suddenly we realised he is having some black spots exactly on his lashes.please tell me this is something to worry about

No there is nothing to worry about it will get cure White Sun next few days so you should not worry about it at all. Continue using babies regular baby products and there is no need to make any changes in it. If you want then you can apply calamine lotion rather than this continue using babies regular baby products
