my baby is 8 month 4days old from mng she is vomiting what ever she eat and her stool is loose and smelly what is the reason and what should I do

Hi I can actually think of two reasons if the vomiting and diarrhoea is there it could be due to stomach infection otherwise the second thing could be that maybe your child is having its teeth which is why this is happening or it could be major severe indigestion it could be either of the three that way
