ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. keeep latching baby. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi mom initially it can be tough.. Try to include these foods regularly almost every day. Cooked garlic can help. Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation. You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, carrot, oats, almonds,and other nuts, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective, boiled rice is alos effecotive.necer skip meals. Have frequent meals in smaller portions.
