My baby is 8.5 months old and is experiencing watery stools 3 times a day from few days. His teeth is also coming out. Urine flow is normal and baby is active.

A. for loose motion you need to maintain proper hydration,give enterogermina probiotic 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days, but if the problem continues please consult doctor vin case of fever and vomiting also
