My baby is 7months old he is not putting on weight I’m worried about it.please kindly help it

A. Hai good afternoon !! By 5-6 months babies double their birth weight. As baby is 7 months old ,check if baby doubled his/her birth weight or in ideal weight range. The ideal weight should be 4.5-8 kg. Start semi solid foods twice a day fruit,vegetable puriees,mashes,cerelac,porridges rest of the day milk either breast feed or formula milk.
