my baby is 7month old her toe nail ( in short finger) is turn into thick.plz give suggestions

A. Without knowing the reason behind it we cannot give you the correct suggestion so better to get it examined with the paediatrician once and once you clearly know what is the situation they’ll be able to guide you correctly so that you can proceed with whatever your doctor advises you
