Q.
my baby is 7M and 10 days old. i am giving him cerelac, banana and breastfeed. i want to know what else i can feed him as he always want whatever we all used to eat. can i feed him normal food what we are eating and if not then when it will starts? also suggest me what to feed?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, for a 7 month old baby.. give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats. Give fruits puree.
