Q.
my baby is 7 weeks old. her poop is yellow and little mucus type. however I see that the yellow color changes to green after a few minutes in her nappy. is this normal? should I be worried? pls advise

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
