My 2.5 month old baby is popping after every feed since yesterday. The poop is yellow in color and has some mucus. What to do?

A. Also is it like a running thing or normal motion because sometimes mucus into the poop can be a sign for an infection in the stomach it’s going to be good if you get it checked with your doctor one time
