My baby is 7 weeks old and last week she received her 1.5 month vaccination. now from last 5 days after receiving vaccination she is not having the poop and passing the gas only. is it due to effects of vaccination Or there may be some other reason? any solution of this issue?

A. a change in pattern of stool is not related to the vaccination Stool- it is very common and normal for small children who are less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour of stool
