My baby is 7 weeks old and he is on both brest milk and formula milk. he had honey brown and gray mix stool today. also did vomit 2 twice. is it cause for a concern?

A. Nope.. color of stool are normal. Spitting up three times a day or more is common for babies under 3 months old. It's even normal for babies to spit up 10 to 12 times a day.Most babies stop spitting up by 12 months. Spit-up becomes a problem if your baby isn't gaining weight. Hold your baby in a fairly upright position when you feed him Burp your baby after each feeding.

A. Vomitting Absolutely normal and common at this I don’t worry about vomiting but he is quite different than the usual you see if the child is passing motion in the similar manner for another 3 to 4 days or showing any sign of discomfort then you consult your doctor as it could be due to some stomach infection
