hello my son is 7 weeks old he is on mix feeding he was doing tan green poop for some days that turns to green and now he did gray poop i am worried about if please help me with this

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motioden than there could be some infection.
